A few like-minded individuals sat over a chai pe charcha in 2017, and thus we began to draw contours of a well-structured and well defined group of individuals that put forth the ideation of SAFETY GEARS as its sole defining ethics.

The chai pe charcha spilled over to many more areas of demands like – creation of chapters across Kerala, one motto – Brotherhood, one agenda - Safety, one uniqueness – All Equals. It went on to take a giant leap to the formation of what we call the DOMINAR OWNERS CLUB in KERALA. Dominar is a brand of Bajaj Auto limited in India with 250 CC and 400 CC engine capacity.

Thanks to the wholehearted support from the DOC India co-founders, Mr. Ashish and Mr. Bhattia, the freedom to make our dream plan workable took a solid foundation from the word go in Kerala.

We did take strong but genuine baby steps towards identifying every city, every individuals, and exceptional team leaders to march along with the vision.

Today DOC Kerala is in 11 cities – Trivandrum, Kollam, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Idukki, Cochin, Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram, Wayanad and Kasaragod.

Yes, it was not an easy cakewalk through the initial stages. We definitely had our share of challenges, obstructions and limitations but we sailed through all of them and continue to do so with the help of every DOCian in Kerala through their undying support. Today the challenges are professionally managed and resolved in proactive manner with the help of legal fraternity.

We took our ideation seriously and managed to implement it and once the system was well settled and a perfect working model was in move, we decided to register the club and that was the turning point and we have not looked back since.

We have a strong DOCians force of around 1000+ as members across Kerala. Our system of 1 meet and 1 ride alternatively across city is bringing a riding culture of TOURING with SAFETY GEARS. We have silently but authentically tried to pass on the message that we can be a responsible biker with our actions and thanks to the full support of members across Kerala we have been the chosen ones for the most safety adhered club in Kerala for two years and represented by the admins and members of Trivandrum. Proud moment when our admins Mr. Aravind receives the same from the honorable minister.

Recently in September 2022, Biking Community of India had given us the opportunity to conduct SAVE THE EARTH Ride - plant a tree program. It was taken up by DOC Cochin in association with Info Park Police Station and Bhavans Adarsha School, Kakkanad and was successfully conducted.

Our club's social commitment was always in the forefront. Kerala Government had initiated a SAY NO TO DRUGS in Kerala and YMCA Palarivattom had conducted a Awareness Rally along with Kerala Excise Department and DOC Cochin with active participation of riders.
